Our mission is to provide the support services needed in order for individuals with disabilities to have happy, full lives in the community of their choice while being valued for their contribution to that community.
As a Behavior Technician for Life Alliance you will join us on this mission by providing direct care support to the members that we serve in the Wilkes County area.
Job Responsibilities:
· Teaching and assisting members in activities of daily living in the home and community
· Assisting with members personal care needs
· Empowering members to gain independence
· Providing transportation as needed
· Completing documentation of services via our digital records system
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Acceptable background checks and driving records
· Reliable transportation with proper insurance and valid driver’s license
· Access to smartphone for documentation entry
· Completion of First Aid/CPR and other required training
Job Benefits:
· $15.00 per hour minimum starting pay
· 401k for full time staff after one year
· Non-paid holidays
